      Ability to manage my own time and business

      Cons

      changed pay structure. Had a lot of quality control issues which effected your commission pay. If you were in a major city/region and quality issues happened, you would be looking at working 6-7 days a week to just hit quotas. Wasn't any room for growth.

      I have been working at Bellami for 1.5 years and I love it!!! Management, coworkers and customers are all great. Good work culture and lots of opportunities for growth.

      None really. Everyone has their good days and bad days but we all work through it.

      They are so disorganized. Had favorites that were cancers. No training, no protocols. The owner gives me the ick. Some girls party at his house.
