Pros
This is hands down the best place I’ve ever worked. The team here is insanely talented and super knowledgeable, which makes day-to-day work so much smoother if you know your stuff.
The biggest difference though is the founders, especially the CEO/CTO, and COO. They’re some of the most approachable and down-to-earth people I’ve met. They genuinely care about the people working here, not just on the professional side but personally too. I’ve seen them go out of their way to help, which honestly makes you feel valued. At the same time, they don’t let you stay in your comfort zone. They’ll push you into tough tasks and challenges, but also back you with guidance and support. And that’s where you end up surprising yourself, achieving things you didn’t even know you were capable of before. That mix of trust + push is what makes this place so special.
Work culture is solid. You get a lot of freedom with your work to try things, make decisions, and innovate, while still having some of the best industry advisors to guide you when needed. Launch times can get pretty intense, but otherwise, the vibe is chill and fun.
Perks are great too. Health insurance is comprehensive, and good work is always recognized. Appraisals are fair (and honestly better than most places). Because the company is kept lean, everyone here is compensated well and feels the impact of the work they do.
That being said, this isn’t the place for someone who just wants to coast. Expectations are high, and you need to bring common sense, accountability, and the willingness to learn. The interview process is tough, but it’s worth it once you’re here.
Cons
Not much to dislike really. If I had to say something, it’s that there’s no work-from-home. But given the kind of confidential work we do and the facilities required, it’s pretty understandable.
We do work more than we play, but it’s meaningful work and you actually see the results of your effort. Once you prove yourself, things get easier and a lot more rewarding.
