-Great ideals that focus on the clients -Pay is on the higher end of this industry -Clients are amazing and Managers and supervisors are kind -Relaxed environment with a decent team environment

-I feel like their company values clients more than staff leading to issues such as power imbalances leading to less mobility for staff to appropriately address client's behaviours. -Lack of communication on all levels but also subjects such as the client's overall behaviours
