Nothing is right in this company. Even salaries don’t come on time. There are no appraisals, and people are fired before the appraisal cycle itself. The work culture is pathetic, they constantly demean you, managers are the worst, they make you work beyond official hours like it’s your obligation. They shout and scream at the top of their voices as if that’s normal. It’s the most unprogressive company I’ve ever seen. Promotions are given to their flings, and anyone who’s doing well is usually involved in some kind of internal politics or unofficial relationship. Such a horrible, toxic place to work.

Everything about this company is the worst. They don’t even have the basic budget or sense to keep the office clean, cockroaches are literally roaming around in the dry pantry, the drinking water has algae in it, and yet they pretend to be a “successful” company earning crores and still can’t provide basic hygiene. They have the audacity to fake around everything but can’t even ensure clean water for employees. They don’t follow any of their own policies, there is zero professionalism, and when things go wrong or their secrets are revealed, they force people to resign instead of taking responsibility. On top of that, they openly threaten employees about not paying their Full & Final settlement. It’s a disgusting, exploitative workplace that runs on intimidation, cheap tactics, and complete disregard for employee well being. Absolutely one of the worst companies to work for and the worst part, the entire company runs on flings and favouritism. Promotions, salary hikes, job security, everything depends on who you’re sleeping with or how close you are to the so called “important people.” Merit means nothing here. If you work hard, you get exploited. If you flirt or have a relationship with management, you get rewarded. It’s not a workplace, it’s a toxic mess of politics, affairs, and power abuse. One of the most pathetic and corrupt organisations I’ve ever seen.
