Pros
1. More opportunities for freshers : Company hires freshers for majority of openings even if replacement is for experienced employee to save money even if the work pressure employees goes on worst stage.
Cons
1. With change of management the company is running like SCHOOL in a way that they have restricted its employees on every aspect like you are not suppose to take office break for more than five minutes, not suppose laugh in office while working , not suppose to argue with boss as they might fire you and other silly rules which will make you think you are in school. 2. SALARY NOT ON TIME. 3. No appraisal process. You have to beg for your appraisal and it will always be 2-3 months late and that too when you have reminded them two or three times. 4. Since the day you will join the organisation from day 2 only you will be insecure about your job because management is unreasonable and employees works under threat of being fired. 4. Employees day to day problems stays with them only you cant share the same with them directly as basically the dont care also neither there is any intermediary for the same. Company expects you to just work and not help you in any context even of you have dedicated yourself towards work or have worked for years in company. 5. This company has spoiled career of so many employees. Sometimes it is disheartening to see they dont have basic ethics.
