Pros
Belvedere outperforms other firms in terms of culture, safety net, and collaboration. I'm a firm believer in incentives, and the incentives at Belvedere are to help those around you & progress as a team. Everyone I work with is intelligent, externally competitive and internally collaborative. I have always had a spot to feel like I am making an impact. Managers, leads, and heads are always willing to listen and put you in a spot where you perform at your best.
Cons
Abnormally high turnover in 2023 versus the rest of the years here. That's put us in a tough spot as far as trading staffing goes, and it means a new hire will be getting more training, responsibility, and compensation much earlier than previous years.
