      Easy to learn recipes Pays you very well & room for growth is outstanding (Got my first raise after a month) Owner and director are supportive Time goes by fast with prep & working on line

      Cons

      no benefits yet (they only started a year ago) but hopefully soon! Also, the kitchen is a bit small
