Yes struggling from last 2 months due to overspending on few bpo process and immediate shifting to new premieses to accommodate more seaters ..
Yes end of the day on time payment is important for any employee..
Last 2 months delay is true but that was informed to us by management and all are trying to clear the payments
As a benerg employee working here from 2015 I know how they built this company and expanded to 160+ employeyes
If salaries are the real issues why ex employees are still helping the company ?

I feel Big mistake is to plan to develop a product..
Recruited and started training developers to work on the product..
And changing trainers on voting by freshers..very few freshers are there who are utilising trainers and working on product
