Pros

- Excellent synergy between the teams - Awesome colleagues - Very talented people - Great place to learn about Digital Marketing

Cons

- No training will be provided. You will be on your own. Managers will only respond back if you ask questions. They don't come over to teach you anything. - Rude management. They come from different cultures and they don't know how they should value their people and treat people equally and respectfully. - More like an ego-driven company that you need to spend most of your energy to establish a strong relationship with your boss to guarantee your success. - If you want to be successful in your role, you need to be 3 things: 1) Talkative, 2) Pretending you are moving the mountains to get the job done, 3) Be part of the Sales Team or Accounts Team. - Even if you do all the above, your managers will not appreciate your hard work. A very toxic place with so many politics involved.

Pros

- The team at Bench are it's biggest asset - Bench do well in hiring smart, mature people who know the programmatic industry in and out, and developing their staff. - Completely agnostic tech/vendor stack - which puts the client need at top, but also allows the team to get great and broad exposure to different platforms. - Self-determinate growth path - people are in control of their development (while working with their managers), so there's opportunities for courses and learning from other parts of the business, including coding, product, accounts, performance etc. Everyone is super hands on and keen to share knowledge.

Cons

- Only con was the physical location up in St Leonards, which made it more difficult to see vendors or network in the industry as most are located CBD/Surry Hills or North Sydney. Does rely on more online calls. But looking forward to the imminent move closer towards the city!
