Pros
Great benefits, excellent clinical support, family culture. I have been with BenchMark since 2004 and have seen so many positive changes. This is a company that really cares about the professional growth of it's clinicians and the outcomes of the patients. I am proud to call this company "home".
Cons
The fast growth of the company has made some associates nervous. But BenchMark has been able to maintain it's values, mission, and culture throughout the expansion.
