      Pros

      None this was hands down the worst company I ever worked for.

      Cons

      Lied about length of job. Unqualified supervision expects the employees to carry him through and stupid people keep doing it. Loaded the job with unlicensed people from out of state then laid off the licensed people.

      BES has the most supportive working environment I've encountered in my career. Leadership empowers employees and is willing to teach, coach, and up-skill employees to everyone's benefits.

      Medium to high turnover in the field, as is common in construction.
