      Excellent systems in place, tons of free training, east to get a broker on the phone, the owner of the company is extremely hands on and also very accessible to the agents.

      Cons

      Sometimes if the owner is sharing information he has shared in the past, he shames you for not remembering he's explained it before.

      Pros

      - Flat fee structure means that more money goes into your pocket for your hardwork - Incredible leadership. The owner Phillip is extremely present and thinking about the next stage of real estate. - Same and even Better tools as the major split brokerages like KW, Century, Remax, etc - The Benchmark community of realtors are extremely helpful and experienced .

      Cons

      - If you are a realtor that needs a nice office space and wants t owork from the brokerage you may not be happy here.
