Great people, decent salary, free parking, CEO actually seems to care about his employees' well-being

Cons

resistant to change (tho trying!), outdated low budget travel/expense programs, feels like "new money" and not sustainable in the long-run, "boots on the ground" employees underpaid

Supportive and collaborative management team. Great benefits in a wonderful physical plant and work environment. Competitive Benefits; fun associate events.

Cons

Nothing that makes me wake up and say I don't want to go to work today, but there are busy days for sure!
