Poor experience - Warehouse Manager Bender Enterprises Employee Review

I am fortunate to be surrounded by an intelligent and open-minded team, especially during this Coronavirus Pandemic. As an Estimator, I've been provided with all the necessary tools I require in order to do my job properly (including great computer monitors!) I am grateful to be working here, especially during this Pandemic.

The doors open at 6:30 AM and I am NOT a morning person!

There is nothing positive to say.

There is no formal management or structure. What management there is does not want people working to close together. They are paranoid, and thrive off of everyone talking about everyone else. Everyone is out for themselves and will do whatever it takes to put you down. If you lose the company money you get promoted and not fired. People are not paid on there merits, but rather by their lack of compentants and work they can push off on others. Salary is not salary here. It's only salary when it suits them and hourly when it doesn't. Work overtime=salary. Miss a day = hourly. There is no equal pay here. They promise you the world and don't deliver when the time comes. Has to the ratings. One star is even too much.
