      Good working environment, colleagues are nice and willing to give their help anytime.

      Cons

      If there was more orientation training, that would be great, especially for recent graduate.

      Pros

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Cons

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
