      Compensation is above average. There is a good WLB.

      Cons

      If you are in software, there aren’t too much options to grow. Not many projects in which you can work as a software engineer. Company is very old school.

      Pros

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Cons

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
