Cons
Seems to still be trialling new tech aspects and experiencing teething issues there, and over the top security protocols on both IT and customer service areas make it hard to do the job at times; too many sales periods with overly complicated layers that confuse the customers. Streamline app usage - having multiple separate apps for communication, clocking, and training/education is messy, confusing and isolates those who struggle with tech.
