Pros
There are some very wonderful people employed at Beneco.
Cons
From the start, this company has no Policies and Procedures Manual. Imagine a Benefits Administration firm that is regulated by all kinds of federal and state regulations has NO Policies and Procedures Manual. There is no organized compilation of any materials to serve as a point of reference to ascertain how to complete even the most simple of tasks. The middle and upper management are not a source of inspiration or guidance, they are a merely a click of best friends who abuse their power and positions to promote their own self serving agenda for personal gain at the expense of their clients and employees. This is just the beginning...as a male employee I experienced extreme bias, as there is extreme favoritism towards women, as evidenced by a Beneco sponsored group, " The Women of Beneco". The men do not have a group. This is troubling because there is team building, training, and outings that male employees do not have access to. Furthermore Beneco only provides customer service as a reactionary response to a crisis.
