Pros

Some of the people are nice. That's about all I can think of.

Cons

Let's see here: -Management is absolutely awful in explaining and describing tasks -Treated pretty terrible by manager and experience countless times of lashing out when wasn't a mind reader -Manager had absolutely no time to work with me but as much time as needed by others on team -Promised a supportive, learning environment in initial interview and received anything but that -401K along with employee match is awful -Medical insurance that is self funded is awful -Raises are terrible -Training and guidance is pretty much non existent -Company doesn't understand what constitutes being a team player -Amount of experience gained in a year was incredibly low. Growth was minimal.

Pros

I have witnessed this company evolve from a small family run business where everything had it's place to a frontier of unimaginable growth and opportunity. This has led to some fallout of course with people set in their ways being unhappy with change, but for those of us that enjoy being challenged as a true resource for innovation and growth, this has been a time to celebrate. I feel appreciated and enjoy knowing my ideas and feedback are happily received and considered by my supervisors and co-workers in a flexible environment. The company has listened to the request to improve interdepartmental communication and is working hard to open doors and share between departments.

Cons

Growing pains.. to be expected
