Great coworkers and training, but management mismanages workload - Planner Benesch Employee Review

Some of the best people I've ever worked with. Everyone is willing to help each other achieve the overall goal. Management is completely understanding and doesn't give off that "corporate feel." Work can sometimes be repetitive but ultimately, it's stimulating enough.

I think everyone would prefer more PTO/Vacation days. I would like to see a split vacation/sick bank for PTO, but I know it's industry standard to combine the two.

Culture, flexibility, being valued, work-life balance, people

None specific to company, same trade-offs that any other firm of this size would have vs. working against the larger/mega-sized firms.
