Needs more training to new hires

I really don't have any pros - they don't have free parking or a deal with the metro. Office environment is barren, depressed and sad.

They had a dishwasher in the break room so that all of the gross people who would put their crusted tupperwear into it would get to fight about taking it out. Such a plus.
