Pros

Fun company, young staff, great product

Cons

Fake till you make it management/leaders except ceo, sales are tough as the product is a nice to have more than need/must have. Staff turnover at sales are extremely high. Either they let people go, sometimes excellent people or people just quit as the managers at sales are terrible bosses instead of engaging leaders.

Much fun amongst colleagues (all pretty young). Lot's of company events.

Pros

Benify is a genuinely supportive workplace with an excellent work-life balance. Teams are trusted to manage their own work, and there’s very little micromanagement, which creates a sense of autonomy and ownership. The culture is positive, friendly, and people are generally willing to help when you connect with them.

Cons

At times the organization can feel chaotic and a bit unstructured, which may make it difficult to quickly find the right people or information. Communication between teams could be more streamlined to reduce delays and confusion.
