Could be amazing but the management is poor - Sales Representative Bentalls Employee Review

Poor senior management, promotes friends and not the hard working individuals that never get recognised. It’s a environment of not what u do but who u know, having work their for over 15 years I watched others get promoted over me just due to knowing the right person and not for the hard work, this it’s manufactured a poor environment of managers who can’t manage. Seriously need to be looked at as it will make the real people who work exceptionally hard, leave and what’s left just will be very poor for the company.
