Pros
Free employee meals, and flexible schedule
Cons
The franchise is all over the place. Uniforms don’t get supplied until months into the job, rules change left and right because they can’t figure out what works and what doesn’t, they don’t drug test or care if employees have charges against them; which can be a safety issue. They have the mindset that a bunch of bad workers fine as long as the spots are filled, and don’t hire many people that actually can do the bare minimum without needing to be watched over all the time. Higher ups avoid confrontation when they can. The company is cheap and doesn’t care to fix issues unless it causes the store to lose a bunch of money or the issue could put someone in serious harms way. Depending on location, you’re gonna get more bad customers then good ones.
