Lots of wonderful artists, good creative environment among employees who have the energy for it.
Cons
50+ hour work week, low hourly pay relative to other Atlanta studios, unrealistic deadlines with little or no flexibility. Concerns about working conditions and pay are met by management reiterating that the company covers health insurance and provides breakfast for part of the week. Micromanagement of animators an issue. Lack of diversity in leadership.
