Pros
Pros: *The work isn't to hard particularly on the back shifts and if the lines are down some of the more tenured QA techs use that time to catch up on there sleep. * There is always lots of interesting gossip and scandals to talk about to help your shift go by faster
Cons
CONS: *This company is driven by PROFITS over ETHICS! On multiple occasions the QA manager blatantly committed FRAUD by falsifying COA's at the urging of her boss the COO when the wrong materials were mixed into batches, rather then downgrade or lose the batch of product. Even though this went against the material specification for the product. * The QA manager comes across like a sweet older lady but watch your back! She'll stab you in it without a second's hesitation if she has to. *There are so many errors and screw up that get hidden and swept under the carpet, they are to many to count. It's amazing their customers haven't found out by now. *Low pay and poor benefits *Low morale
