There are some fantastic and hardworking coworkers. Genuine moves to reduce reliance on unreliable suppliers. The yearly conference is genuinely interesting and fun plus they know how to throw a decent party. All of this is let down by some issues.

On the other hand, there are some bullying types and poor management techniques are rife. I saw and heard a lot of backchatting and nasty gossip in the office once someone’s back was turned. They also like to disparage anyone who leaves. You can get away with anything in this company if you go drinking with the right people - certain people use their influence to bully others. Bit like a cult. Hard work is similarly not always recognised. Poor compliance management especially compared to companies with. Hard to get my job done if supervisory staff don’t do their part.
