Management listens and cares. The culture is very positive due to the values, mission, and purpose of the company. There is very little turnover so coworkers feel like second family. We have a common goal and work together well. The company offers good benefits, including partial reimbursement of college tuition, PTO even for part-time people, and good health insurance for full-time people. Management is transparent and keeps employees updated on a regular basis on what's transpiring. The hours are somewhat flexible.

Working from home isn't part of the culture at this company and doesn't work for us, which is understandable but may deter some people. Part-time people can't get health insurance benefits.
