      Pros

      Majority of the people that work there are good, family oriented people. Pay and benefits package aren’t bad.

      Cons

      Not very organized. Focused on growing and expanding but business plan is all over the place. Spending lots of money on image, branding, podcasts but not on equipment upgrades or pipeline of work for management they hire.

      Pros

      Berg construction is a awesome place to work. They care greatly for their employees and you are treated like family. Berg is very safety oriented, everything is based around safety first. I've been in construction since I was 15 and berg is Easily the best company I've ever worked for.
