+ability to determine your weekly paycheck. +One of the best Dept stores to work in compared to others in US +schedule flexibility. Work/Life balance.
Cons
-overly generous return policy. They take commission back if items returned, no return limit. -sometimes no matter how hard you work, you still don't get a check because business is bad. -Very Poor leadership from HQ to stores. Lots of people incompetent people promoted but they don't even understand luxury retail.
