Pros
The discount on top of both employee sales and regular sales is really good. Great connections in the industry and really good for your resume. Also sales associates are given an iPhone during their time with the company which is great.
Cons
If you're in the wrong department in any season other than the Christmas season you will basically only be earning your base salary. Management is a hit or miss sometimes, and you can forget about a raise or any promotions. After your first year you are given unbeatable sales goals in this dying retail market and having to deal with mentally unstable and snobby sales associates isn't a plus.
