Pros
My husband and I work as a sales team and the Berge Group hired us when we were “green peas” in 2015/2016. You know how it goes… you always think the grass is greener on the other side. We came back, to a different location but the same company, for a reason. This was my first (ever) sales job, so I learned everything I know about sales from this group. Their process has made me VERY successful in all sales positions I’ve had after them. They train you very well. So well, in fact, that it gets frustrating to work for other companies because they do not have the same sales process. What the company does and teaches their staff to do… works!!!! And when you leave, thinking the grass is greener, and you try to help other companies be more like the Berge Group, it doesn’t work out. They’re too stuck in their ways. This company took us back as a sales team with open arms (you’re like family!!! Even though they have several stores) and we are so grateful that they did. This company CARES about you. Happy employees = happy customers! Period. My husband and I highly recommend working for them.
Cons
Depending on the management and which store you go to.. it can be tough to be “the rookie”. But!! If you stick it out, it’s worth it. They are loyal and will help in any way they can. Opportunity for growth if you prove yourself!
