Very inclusive work environment with respectable managers (GM and RM) that advocate for their employees and who have created a positive work atmosphere. Hard work put in is noticed and appreciated. Very community oriented location which allows for personal connections. Surrounded by people who share the same compassion and love for pets.
Cons
The pay. “ We’re proud to be in an $8B+ industry that continues to grow as pet parents seek premium, trusted care for their furry family members.” This is a direct line from one of the job descriptions when you apply for a job here. This appears right below the starting pay rate of $15.16. For being an $8B+ industry, and for having such an important job of being trusted to care for family members, you would think that meant reasonable livable wages.
