Wont pay salary unless you beg for it every month after 20th day Accounts department directly answer they dont have money and they do not know when salary will be credited. company always have money for management expenses but employee are the last one to get salary. will keep 2-3 months salary pending and deduct all of it as compensation for 3 month notice period that too after accepting your resignation immediately, and will refuse to give documents if you owe this money to them will directly refuse to pay the amount of earned leave when you leave.
