Pros

Great products. Good owners. Good corporate values. The owners try to treat everyone right. A great place to work as an hourly employee.

Cons

Middle mangement (from St Modeste, Quebec, not Watsonville) micromanages and reprimands you if you take initiative. They demand you do things their way, taking 3 times the man-hours to do it, than do it your way (cutting no corners) just because they didn't authorize your method.

Doubtful there are any Pros to working here at what they offer for wages to certified trades. $18/hr firm, no negotiating. Region average is $27/hr

Cons

Pay scale & unwillingness to invest in quality employees. This approach only leads to lackluster workmanship, constantly broken down equipment, and animosity between field workers & management
