Pros

It is all good in the beginning, especially if you are recruited, but you soon find all that glitters isn't gold

Cons

Favoritism amongst certain employees, especially those who have been with the company for a long time. Retention with young and diverse workforce. I did not feel valued and felt that tokensim is a big issue here. Although, Bergmann has recently started a diversity board, it does not reflect various perspectives. I regret leaving my former workplace to work here.
