      There are no pros with this company.

      Cons

      First they propose your hourly pay at 3000 yen per hour and then offer you jobs that pay 2000 yen. They do false advertising. If there is a problem with the client, they blame the teacher and not the client. They are very biased against their teachers. Horrible work environment.

      The staff are all genuinely nice, respectful, and supportive of each other.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive and career path options are limited.
