Pros
Good pay, benefits, offices are in a nice location. The dentists were all very nice.
Cons
Very cliquey, people are happy to whisper to each other about what kind of job you’re doing. Got called after hours my second week of working there about doing poorly. When told very matter of factly that I was resigning, no addendum, was told it seems I couldn’t “accept criticism”. They hired me full well knowing I had at most five weeks internship experience in a general office and yet I was told I shouldn’t need direction or assistance two weeks in. During the interview I was told it would be a good place to learn - I suppose not, because the person training me preferred I not ask questions and then was upset when I took too long on tasks. People are also happy to tell your supervisor about every single thing you do, including being idle while checking if a late patient needs to be seated. Was never asked or spoken to about particular incidents, just criticized.
