Pros
Zeke is a great personable guy to work under. Loose work environment and atmosphere. Mike is a great guy to learn sales from and genuinely wants you to succeed.
Cons
Low pay with base being 400 a week and only 2 PTO days a year to begin. Added commission is very low with starting at 5 percent of the companies points on a deal. So if you have 100k in loan deals (most will pull in 50k or below monthly) with the max rate of 1.50, the company will get at most 15 points on that deal totaling 15k. You get 5 percent of that 15k, so 750 dollars added commission for that month. In addition, you make 300 calls a day to 290 voicemails making the job dull, repetitive and tedious. Very high turnover as a result, do not expect anyone who you start with to be there past their sixth month. Training is still being built upon, not really developed. Working 8:30-6 when the floor is dead can feel like a drag/struggle to get through the day.
