Pros
Very fun work environment. Lots of money if you put in the time. Management gives you all the tools to be successful and they aren't stingy with large bonus's. Last month an associates bonus was a BMW M6.
Cons
You get out, what you put in. If you don't have time to fully commit then you won't make as much as some of the guys in there.
