Awful Place - Anonymous employee Berkman+Shapiro Employee Review

I have been here for a while now and can honestly say this is a great place to be! Dr. Berkman keeps us stocked with great snacks, takes us out for fun, and we're always praising each other for their great work at every morning huddle. Dr. Berkman and Dr. Shapiro take great pride in offering top notch orthodontic care in an environment where our patients and families are treated like our own and enjoy each and every visit,

After reading the recent negative reviews on this site, I can tell you first hand these were toxic people that worked here and I actually felt uncomfortable working with them. Dr. B and Dr. S want us to be happy when we are here and I see how great they are at protecting a positive environment. Only awful, very toxic, people could speak in that nature and it is not true.

Zero, zilch, nada. All negativity and condescending attitudes there. Not enough money in the world to deal with that place and Dr Berkman.

Dr Berkman is a creep and an arrogant, narcissist. The most toxic work environment where the staff who has worked for him for a long time all think it’s normal for someone to treat you poorly every day. He tries to make you feel stupid and no matter what you do there it is wrong even if it was right the day before.
