Pros

Some people here are nice.

Cons

It’s becoming increasingly clear that a cutthroat culture is developing within the firm. A few key issues stand out: 1. Unrealistic Billing Expectations – Associates and Senior Associates are expected to bill 6 hours every day throughout the summer, regardless of actual workload. This creates unnecessary pressure and prioritizes face time over meaningful contributions. And the annual billing hour required of 2,000 hours above! 2. Constantly Shifting Performance Metrics – The criteria for performance evaluation and bonuses change each year, often becoming more difficult to meet. This inconsistency discourages even the most committed team members. 3.Eroding Morale – These practices collectively undermine employee morale and foster a culture of competition rather than collaboration. It’s hard to feel motivated or valued in an environment where the goalposts keep moving. A healthy, sustainable culture should empower employees—not burn them out.

Pros

Light workload. Managers communicate easily.

Cons

No cons really. Sometimes work is too light, which is not a bad thing at all

Pros

My direct manager was amazing and I will continue to keep in touch with them. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

The management was poor. Anytime I would ask for help, managers would tell me to use Chat GBT or Microsoft Copilot or Basis. I was newer and a lot of directors/managers did not want to work with me. They all have favorites of who they want to work with. Everyone was extremely passive aggressive and have weird relationships with one another. It was way too incestual and people want to know your every business. They will judge you over every little thing. The woman are not nice to newer younger associates. Working 60-70 hours during busy season was brutal.
