      Good for fresh graduates for learning opportunities, free lunch pack for HQ

      Cons

      A lot of manual work and don’t really invest in any system, can be a bit chaos especially for the managers to follow certain requirements for the documents, really hard to educate the managers here, low salary, unclear direction from the top management, office politics quite strong

      Pros

      The management are willing to allow you to do work on things that a Full time employee is tasked with as long as you have the initiative to go and ask for it.

      Cons

      Sometimes work load can be very light, leaving you with nothing to do for a day or two. Just have to look around for things to do to occupy your day.
