Pros
Great group of people to work with. Hours are chosen when you start and you don't have to work nights or weekends. Very fun place to work with a lot of free product.
Cons
They don't look to have you advance at the company. No matter how hard you work you will only get the same pay increase as the person that barely does anything. They don't reward a job well done. There is a major hierarchy there with zero chance in climbing the ladder.
