1. With only alternate Saturdays off, it can sometimes feel challenging to fully unwind over the weekend 2. Virtual work reduces spontaneous face-to-face interactions, which can sometimes make building connections more challenging.

Working in Berribot feels like home for me where I feel secured, reliable and comfortable. My ideas and suggestions are always welcomed at Berribot and the CEOs are available at anytime for an interaction about the company and tech stack etc. Growth level here has been phenomenal for me both as an individual as well as an employee. Work from home and flexible work timings gives me space to balance my life and work efficiently. They always supported me during my down period and helped me grow into an better person I am today.

I do not see any cons as such but for some working from home might feel little overwhelmed.
