Management outlook was toxic Often worked longer for free with no compensation or pay at all No flexibility with working hours Very little training Aggressive management style Very little regard for work life balance or commitments outside of work Some very strange methods when it came to purchasing which felt cumbersome and counterintuitive Huge contrast between facilities for office and non office staff (non office staffs break room was terrible and depressing) Management was controlling Lack of variety in the job The 4 on 4 off shift pattern for some staff Management didn't seem to care much for staff welfare Awful smell
