Pros
Easy to talk to management, ability to move up, great coworkers, chances to learn many things, short commute to the office.
Cons
Serious disconnect in processes from one team & location to another. Too many changes, not all good, in a short time frame. Lack of communication from the top down. Benefits are pricey for such a large company. Bonuses could be better.
