      Good opportunity to learn about the plastic business. Health benefits and 401k are really good. Great job for a person out of college or someone with no family.

      Poor pay Poor bonus Poor compensation for overtime worked Travel is outrageous and is very short-notice No career ladder No recognition for hard work

      Very easy commute, plenty of parking at the location

      Cons

      Poor training. You will sit with many different people for just a few hours at a time, but they all do everything differently, it can be very confusing. The desk and cubicle walls were in very poor (worn) condition.
