Pros
There are some managers that give their teams good working environments without micromanaging.
Cons
1) Severance is terrible. I was given 4 weeks of severance with my benefits cut immediately. Both were also without any notice to prepare to find another position. Manager scheduled meeting under context of just having a follow up. Logged into MS Teams and it was the manager and an HR person. I would have had more respect for this manager if they had been up front an honest. Not having any preparation in this job market is incredibly disrespectful. 2) Upper level management (management under CIO) shows blatant favoritism with certain employees. 3)Unclear direction to IMS team yet expecting them to know what should be done areas of IMS. Good teams require good leadership. 4) Lack of team responsibility for being present and responding via MS Teams when needed. 5) IT environment is several areas is a mess with no clear direction on how to fix it and consolidate
