I was confident that transitioning from the process tech position to the tooling department was the right decision for my career. However, I discovered that several coworkers had voiced concerns about the tooling supervisor's unequal treatment of team members and her alarming tendency to hastily terminate those she deems unfit for the team. I wish now I had taken their advice.
